The Note (PS1) - Soundtrack (公開されなかった手記 / Koukai Sarena Katta Shuki)

Special for fans of The Note and PS1! Soundtrack by Ken Kojima for one of my favorite games The Note created by NK System and released by Team Bughouse in 1997 for the original PlayStation. Many themes from it inspired me for creating music and I wanted it not lost in years, and was available for comfort listening.

It's a self made rip from the game for personal listening. I took files from CD (using both Japan and Europe versions), prepared it, converted, edited and mastered in lossless, tagged info and made a full art covers, etc. I tried my best to make instrumental main theme from Europe intro video (Japan version not fits for it), and clean it from clicks (PAL dub in general have ones), not perfect tho. Also, I think composer wrote music and ordered it by themes (DM01-DM02, TM01-TM05, for Mansion, Castle, Dungeon, etc) but I ordered it by appearance in the game and named it accordingly. I don't remember where is playing Free From Pain (maybe it's unused one) but for sure it's an alternate version of Execution Chamber.

Actually I created release for two CDs. The second one filled with many dialogue background music (with vocal cut), but it's a draft for now, with a bad overall quality and not for public I'd say, so here's just a regular first/only CD with tunes from levels, intros etc.
P.S. I don't know why but in original Japanese version credits composer/sound designer is Osamu Maebara (前原 蔵). Can't say is it a mistake, real name or pseudonym or whatever. Only NK System/Team Bughouse can tell. I just must to mention it.
