Canary Islands migrants: Spain struggles as African arrivals rise

Migrants and refugees from Africa are arriving in Spain's Canary Islands at record levels, forcing authorities to housing authorities to house them in military sites.
The government has also contacted Moroccan and Senegalese officials to try to stem the flow of migrants arriving by sea.
