I’m here with Dr. Michael Ruscio, a clinical researcher, doctor, and author working to reform and improve the fields of functional and integrative medicine. His primary focus is digestive health and its impact on other facets of health, including energy, sleep, mood, thyroid function, and more. His research has been published in peer-reviewed medical journals, and he speaks at many conferences and on media outlets around the world.
