I break down why faceless channels can make money through AdSense, affiliate links, products, and even selling the channel itself. Then I show how I would pick a niche, write the script, create the thumbnail, generate cinematic scenes, add voiceover, and assemble the video using tools like CapCut and 11Labs. I also talk through why I like niches like dark business history, mythology, AI tools, weird science, and true crime, and how someone could use this same workflow to start a channel, test ideas, or even offer AI video creation as a service.
