Here’s my night routine as a person who goes to bed at 5 or 6 am every day. But first of all, I don’t have insomnia or any serious problem with sleep. It’s just my sleeping pattern has become like this, so please don’t worry about me. I’ll fix it next year hehe you’ll see a better version of me in 2025 for sure !!

Do you know yawning is contagious? I was yawning a lot while editing this video since I did in the clips a lot. So I’d recommend you watch it before you go to bed hahaha it’ll make you sleepy
