The Mercedes-Benz S-Class of 2022 is a demonstration of the company's latest technologies. The iconic Mercedes sedan has an interior lined with the best materials, equipped with huge OLED screens on the dashboard, a 3D display and augmented reality navigation. Acceleration of the S-class is provided by an inline six with 429 hp (S500) or a V-8 engine with 496 hp (S580). Driving any model is privacy and relaxation. This huge barge is maneuverable in turns and in traffic jams, thanks to the optional rear wheel control system.

New for 2022.
The model range of the S-class of 2022 will receive the E-Active Body Control system. This suspension system automatically adjusts the damping and level control for each individual wheel to maximize the smoothness and stability of the car. The MBUX Interior Assist system is now available, which recognizes gestures, hand movements to the touch screen and touchpad and highlights and activates the desired content. The system can detect the difference between the driver and the passenger in the front seat and save individual preferences. Now the S-class has new colors: metallic Marine Blue, Kalahari Gold, Manufaktur Cashmere White Mango and Manufaktur Selenite Grey Mango. The center console is available in black metal, silver color and with black dotted lines.

Engine, and performance
Mercedes offers a sedan with either a 3.0-liter inline-six turbocharged 429 hp engine for the S500, or a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V-8 with 496 hp for the S580. Both powertrains are complemented by a 48-volt hybrid system (EQ Boost) and are combined with a nine-speed automatic transmission and 4Matic all-wheel drive. There will be a plug-in hybrid model, which, previously, has a power reserve of about 60 miles, completely electric.

The sedan has a group of digital sensors.The center console creates a three-dimensional effect, it can be disabled if you want the screens to have a normal look. There is an improved projection display with navigation in augmented reality. The arrows of the electronic dashboard move and rotate in real time.
