This rally was going perfectly—right up until the final sector. I was leading by more than 30 seconds, but then disaster struck.

After a big jump, the car soared 43 meters through the air, and unfortunately, I landed right in front of a massive rock, making it impossible to avoid a collision. The result? A punctured tire and a huge time loss, costing me the rally win.

This one really stings—if I had just tapped the brake before takeoff, I could have controlled the jump and secured 1st place. A tough lesson, but I’ll have to move on and come back stronger in the next round.
