It took 21 years, but Resident Evil 2 Remake did see the light of day. It's a fantastic game that's well worth your time.

Working and building on the 1998 original version of Resident Evil 2, some things got lost in the shuffle which holds Resident Evil 2 remake back a bit, just short of a classic, but still worth your time. Probably my GOTY for 2019.
