The Ballet Stretch Fixed My Low Back

Let me tell you how ballet fixed my lower back pain. You may even get a little bit of a laugh from it, too.

Hi, my name is Dr. Cameron from Cameron Family Chiropractic. We've been helping the Lucan community get rid of back pain for the last 20 years.

Today, I'm going to show you a stretch for the low back pain, and it's called the ballerina stretch.

Step one, if the pain is on the right side of your lower back, then cross your right leg in front of your left leg.

Step two, take that left hand and put it onto your left hip. Gently push the hip until you get a light stretch on the right side of your lower back.

Step three, go ahead and reach that right hand over the head. Hold this for 20 to 30 seconds.

Step four, repeat this on the other side.

Do this stretch three to four times on each side.
