Walks in Sussex: Nepcote Wattle House

Today I am walking through the tiny hamlet of Nepcote in search of the old Wattle House, a place where sheep's wattles are kept. Nepcote had a huge sheep fair with between 3000-5000 sheep penned up and ready for sale. A place was required to store all the wattles and so a rather splendid building was built. 13 people lived above it at one time too.
