Starts then stops or dies. Runs with CHOKE ON ONLY. Starts with Starting fluid. Side shaft horizontal Twin cylinder Motor. remove CARBURETOR , Clean , Repair , Fix ! Pressure Washer Water Sprayer fix! Will not start or RUN. ALSO has too much oil and SMOKES alot when it does start. ALL FIXED! where what when which does
