Day 104 of Building our Timber Frame Home!

Time to start working with Timbers. May 18th, 2024

We bought our timbers from an older gentleman in the area that had once had the dream of building his own timber frame home. He held onto the timbers, in his barn, for over 20 years, until he finally decided to part with them.

We were so grateful to put them to good use and managed to get them all for $10k. A total steal.

Jon's a retired Army Vet and I'm a homeschool mom of our 4 kiddos.
