Welcome to the Mah Family (Kitchen) Channel. Today, I'm going to be making YOUTIAO (Chinese Doughnut/Bread Sticks)! Youtiao can be eaten with almost anything and you will never get sick of eating it. Using only 7 ingredients to make, my recipe is simple and easy to follow. So let's get cooking!

Ingredients / 材料 :
- 125g of all-purpose flour / 125克通用面粉

(1 scoop = 1mL / 1勺 = 1毫升)
- 1/2 scoop of ammonia* / 1/2勺臭粉*
- 1/2 scoop of alum* / 1/2勺明矾粉*
- 1 scoop of soda / 1勺苏打粉
- 1 scoop of baking powder / 1勺泡打粉
- 1 scoop of sugar / 1勺糖
- 1 scoop of salt / 1勺盐

*Alum and ammonia are safe when eaten in small quantities
