Exercise Library: Standing DY Row (Hitting the Low Lat)

If you guys have been following the channel for some time, you all know I LOVE this row variation. It allows me to work one side at a time, drill my low lat and protect my spine. These are all wins to me when training back.

The big thing here is NOT twisting your torso, NOT shrugging the weight and then getting your elbow back and around.
