How to make Boricua style Corned Beef

Hi! Today I made for you Puertorican style corned beef. It's our "poor man's dinner" This is a classic Boricua dish. It's usually served with white rice.
Here are the ingredients:
1 can of corned beef
2 tablespoons sofrito
1 teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon oregano
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup or ½ can of tomato sauce
1 envelope Sazon Knorr
1 cup of French fries
2 tablespoons of water
