Chip goes to Nico’s house to apologize for getting him into trouble at school, but Nico’s daddy arrives and Nico has no time to talk. Chip is worried; what if Nico doesn’t want to be best friends anymore? Potato encourages Chip to draw him a friendship picture. They’ll post it under his door and when Nico has time, he’ll see it and know that Chip still wants to be pals. It’s a good idea but Chip has a better one! She’ll post the photo Momma took of her, Nico and Potato on the bumper cars instead. It’ll remind Nico of their fun day at the fairground together - Puggy Panda Potato Best Friends Forever! When Nico doesn’t respond to the photo, Chip assumes he doesn’t want to be friends. She’s upset. After trying to comfort Chip, Spud uses Paco’s walkie talkies to get Chip’s message to Nico and the friends make up. Amanda finds Chip’s photo - it was lost under the doormat all along – and Grandma and Gordie arrive to announce they’re turning Flingos’ Store into a pumpkin taco restaurant! // Grandma and Gordie move into Welcome Walk. They’re taking over Flingos’ Store and turning it into a puggy pumpkin taco restaurant, but not until they’ve worked out where to put all the furniture. Grandma announces that for now, they’ll serve tacos to the neighbors from their van instead. Everyone queues at the van for tacos but when it rains, they rush inside their homes. Grandma and Gordie are left without customers! They must turn the store into a restaurant as soon as possible, to serve tacos indoors. Chip is eager to help, so Nico introduces her to his daddy who shows Chip how to use a model to plan where furniture goes inside a space. Potato encourages Chip to make a model of the new taqueria and while Grandma and Gordie are out, Chip invites the neighbors to help her use the model as a guide to change the store into a restaurant. When Grandma and Gordie return, they’re delighted with the transformation and so are the Flingos, who arrive to invite everyone to their swimming show.

Lovable pug Chip starts kindergarten, makes new friends and tries new things — with a little help from Potato, her secret mouse pal.
