Scared Stiff (Bally 1996) - Mikcab - Visual Pinball X - Wizard mode!

I haven't played this or Elvira and the Party Monsters so was looking forward to see what it is all about. I soon figured out that keeping the ball in play basically makes the things happen that you want to happen 😉. In this game I'm not quite sure what I'm doing but I make it through the six Tales of Terror, get the Stiff-o-meter to 10, and start the Scared Stiff wizard mode! I didn't realise that Dennis Nordman designed the table but when I saw the crazy DMD, lighting and sound display at the start of the Scared Stiff wizard mode, I had a strong hunch it was him as it immediately reminded me of the Vacation Jackpot in White Water. Mikcab did an excellent job bringing the table up to modern physics, sound and lighting standards and it plays great!

My basic aim with any tips and strategy gameplay video I post is to help the viewer improve his skill in the game and on the specific table. I do this by identifying the safest and most efficient strategy to follow to play through the modes and to reach and beat the wizard mode. This is admittedly not always the most efficient way to achieve a high score, but once you understand the table, including which shots and modes are worth it or not, it puts you in the position where you can concentrate on what you have identified as the best approach to reaching a high score.
