The Exposure Formula Explained

If you want to figure out how much light is needed for a certain "ISO, Shutter, Aperture" you need to use the Exposure Formula. You can also figure out how far certain lights need to be from the talent to get a "normal" exposure.

We breakdown the formula and we create a Google Sheets document that automates the calculations for us. This "Exposure Formula" Google Sheet will continue to evolve over the course of this Cinematography Design series.
