18-Year-Old Trains Mustangs to Be Adoptable
Maleah Redmann, 18, is a self-taught mustang trainer. She spent the last two-and-a-half years working with these wild horses to find them loving homes. Mustangs aren’t your average show horse. They’re naturally free-roaming animals found in the Western U.S. and protected by U.S. Bureau of Land Management. "You see what she does and the patience. And she breaks it down into such small steps, to her its just a natural way of doing it,” said cousin Laurie Gering.
