Kellogg To Mullan, Idaho - TOT 2021

After a year's absence due to C-19, it was fantastic to meet up with my triking tribe again. There was a respectable showing of trikes for this year's mini Tater TOT. I would guess that 30 trikers showed up. Dave had his grill going and offered up a tasty breakfast while everyone sat outside. In this video, we did a ride to Mullan which is one end of the 73 mile Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes. From Kellogg, the ride is just under 20 miles and uphill at a gentle 2-3% grade. It's about 38 miles round trip from the hotel. From the Mullan trailhead, it's a fast return. We all took off the trail at Wallace to have lunch at the City Limits Brew Pub which has a good selection of site-brewed beers that are offered for take-out in growlers and crowlers.
