Elipse balloon weight loss programme

A couple of months ago i discovered the Elipse gastric balloon procedure while surfing online and was very intrigued by this innovative way to start your weight loss journey!
Now weight loss is not new to me, i had done it before a very long time ago after my second child when he finally turned 4, something clicked in my mind to take myself back into control and shed the baby weight. Ever since then, i have had an on and off relationship with weight loss. Although i had managed to keep it under my BMI and be at a safe range for over 5 years or so through exercise, following a somewhat moderately healthy lifestyle, trying out all the weight loss methods at clinics etc. but i had a crash nearly the end of 2018 when my life wasn't at it's best.

My weight rose up to the higher end of spectrum with an unhealthy relationship with food. All of 2019 for me was spent being in the right place in my mind, in my family life and career so i had to take control of my physical well being too! that's why i decided to do the Allurion elipse balloon this year with American_Clinics based in Muscat - Oman. This is an update about the procedure and details about why, how and when.
