The sweetfish that Aty and Ui are eating now is always ordered from Meisei Fishery Production Association.
The sweetfish is farmed in clean groundwater and is safe to eat, so we can eat it as sashimi. Plus, it is direct from the producer, so it is also cheap!
I've never had sashimi of sweetfish before, but it sure is good!
