For Vermicelli Nashta:
* Oil (तेल)
* Mustard seeds (राई)
* Cumin seeds (जीरा)
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च)
* Ginger (अदरक)
* Curry leaves (करी पत्ता)
* Onion (प्याज)
* Peas (मटर)
* Carrot (गाजर)
* Water (पानी)
* Salt (नमक)
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
* Maggie Masala (मैगी मसाला)
* Vermicelli (सेवई)
* Dry coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
RECIPE:
4 Types of Breakfasts Recipe:
1. Take some Flattened Rice (Poha), keep a pan on the flame, put some Oil, Fennel Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Asafoetida, Curry Leaves, Green Chilies, Dried Onion, Peanuts, Salt, Turmeric Powder, and Chili Flakes and put the Flattened Rice in it. Mix them well and then put some Lime Juice and turn off the flame. Then put some Dried Coriander Leaves and Sugar and take out the Flattened Rice on a plate and let it for cooling down.
2. For Upma, take a pan, put some Oil, Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Green Chilies, Ginger, Peanuts and Dried Onion in it and roast them. Then put the Semolina in it and roast it as well. Then put some Salt, Dried Coriander Leaves, Chili Flakes, Lime Juice and some Sugar in it. Turn off the flame and take it out on a plate and keep it for cooling down.
3. For Bread Breakfast, take a pan, put some Oil and put some Bread in pieces. Roast the Bread and take it out on a plate.
In the same pan, put some Oil, Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves, Green Chilies, Ginger and Dried Onion in it and roast them. Then put some Tomato Puree and roast it as well. Then turn the flame slow, put some Spices like Turmeric Powder, Salt, Roasted Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Red Chili Powder and roasted Bread Pieces in it. Mix them all and garnish it with some Dried Coriander Leaves.
4. For making Vermicelli, take a pan, put some Oil, Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Green Chilies, Ginger, Curry Leaves, Dried Onion and some chopped Vegetables of your choice in it. Put some Water, Salt and Turmeric Powder in it and cook them on slow flame to make it dry.
Then put some Maggi Masala, Vermicelli and Dried Coriander Leaves then take the Vermicelli on a plate.
Put all 4 Breakfasts separately in 4 bowls having lid with it. Put the hot boiling Water in the Bowls and cover them for 15 mins.
After 15 mins, the very amazing Breakfasts will get ready to serve.
