Top 10 Best Sources of Protein - How To Get More Protein

Getting enough protein can be difficult, especially for beginners to their fitness journey. Thats why I've made this video to show the top 10 best sources of protein in my opinion of course.

I feel i've given a wide range of protein sources here, however the list only has one vegan ranking and in my opinion it's a pretty poor one as well. Unfortunately vegan food is not very high in protein as fruits, vegetables and pulses are mainly carbohydrate based.

When compared to meat and fish, most vegan and vegetarian sources of protein just can not compete unfortunately. However, if there is something i've missed feel free to leave a comment down below and I'll make sure to check it out!

Once again there were many, many sources of protein I left out on this list, for being too inconvient to source or unrealistic to consume in the quantities needed to get the protein from them. I also did cut out a section with a few honorable mentions on there that didn't quite make the top ten.

Those are:

Greek Yoghurt
Black beans
Chicken thighs (as an alternative to chicken breast)
Cottage cheese
