Healthy Vegan Korean Soybean Sprouts Soup with Tofu

Serving: 4-6 person, cooking less than 20 minutes and 20 minutes of preparation time
Ingredients:
Soy Bean Sprouts (2 pounds)
(I've used 1 pound for soup and the other pound for soybean salad aka KongNaMul Muchim)
1 Packet of Firm Tofu
1 Bunch of sliced green onion
1 Small sliced round onion
1-2 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1-2 tablespoon of Korean red chili powder (add more if you want it spicier)
8 cups of clean water or green tea or vegetable stock
2 tablespoon of soup soy sauce or 1 tablespoon of regular soy sauce
Ground black pepper to your taste
Salt to your taste
