♯ 'tony x 'steve | MAYBE I DON'T WANT HEAVEN? [For my 3k!]

AU Where Tony is a cynical but the best lawyer, and Steve is a young lawyer and an active addict. They crossed paths several times when Steve was Tony's assistant and got close when Steve was charged with murder.
During the investigation, Tony finds out Steve closer and falls in love with him. They spend time together while Tony looks for evidence of innocence.
More and more accusations. Tony's trying to save Rogers, but the more he tries to justify him, the more he realizes Steve's guilty.
After Steve is found guilty of murder by negligence, he is give 4 years in prison and a day to collect some things.
That's the day Steve dies of a drug overdose. Tony could not forgive myself for that.
