200 REPS EVERYDAY | 50 pull ups 100 push ups 50 squats
To hold myself accountable(and perhaps motivate someone), I am documenting the push ups and pull ups and leg movement I do everyday. The "mini workout" will be capped at 200 reps. I may trade in a few push ups for the leg movement from time to time. This is the first thing I do every morning as my daily minimum. This is like my cup of coffee. I still do my normal workouts in the evening.
