Then stop rushing your rows.
One of my favorite exercises for building back thickness, detail, and density is the T-Bar Row.
If you really want to feel your:
🔥 lower lats
🔥 rhomboids
🔥 mid-back
🔥 spinal erectors
Try placing this exercise in the middle of your back workout when your muscles are fully activated.
The secret isn't the weight.
The secret is the execution.
As the T-bar lowers:
👉 go down with it
👉 reach into a full stretch
👉 allow the lats and mid-back to lengthen
Then as you row:
👉 drive through the elbows
👉 pull the weight toward your body
👉 raise your torso slightly
👉 squeeze the entire back
That small movement of stretching down and rising up creates a much stronger contraction than simply standing still.
Most people only move the weight.
The best bodybuilders move with the weight.
This creates:
🔥 deeper stretches
🔥 stronger contractions
🔥 more muscle activation
🔥 better back detail
Remember:
The Christmas tree isn't built with momentum.
It's built with stretch, contraction, and execution.
