Face Changing Demon Reveals Herself to be the One Slowly Killing the Survivors of a Haunted House

The main character now stuck in a haunted house within a dark realm after being sent to deliver a package has now entered the dark hospital to gain more clues on how to leave to which he later finds a way out and back to the main house. The other survivors off doing their own thing slowly begin to have their lives threatened by someone pretending to be human.

It is only when our protagonist hears a noise and hides in a locker does he react in shock as one of the survivors reveals herself to be a skin stealing demon slowly ending the lives of the group to gain power in order to leave this realm
