In today's video, let me share why I think you should NEVER buy an off plan UK investment property.

Off-plan property investments are popular with hands-off armchair investors because they (understandably) see them as less work?

But if they aim here is to build a small portfolio of high yielding uk investment properties, then I personally think you should avoid off plan investments... and here's why.
