World of Warships game that rewards scouting

WG will always say how everything you do contributes to your final score in exp, which is true BUT how much do certain things reward players exactly?

WG would also probably say that they could boost exp that DDs earn on scouting but then they would have to nerf it in other fields. Well DDs risk the most and require the most skill to play so why the hell would you NOT reward them for it.
