- 60oz Lean Beef Roast (I used top round)
- 6 Tbsps Soy Sauce
- 3 Tbsps Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbsps Sesame Oil
- 3 Tbsps Gochujang (or sriracha)
- 2 Tbsps Minced Garlic
- 1/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- Fresh Green Onions
- Sesame Seeds
- 3 Cups White Rice (dry)
- 6 Cups Chicken Bone Broth

Sriracha Mayo:
- 8 Tbsps Light Mayo
- 4 Tbsps Sriracha
- Lemon Juice
- Garlic Salt
