When we visit most state parks in American, gathering rocks, and minerals is off limits, and those that break this rule could lead to a huge fine, or even jail time!! Not at the Crater of Diamonds State Park in Murfreesboro, Arkansas. For a small fee of $10.00 Visitors get to keep what ever they find, including DIAMONDS!!!

Each Visitor is allowed one 5 gallon bucket of washed diamond ore per day to take home and look through it, sell it as unsearched. It’s yours!! Do whatever you want with it. Most Diamonds are found while looking over the washed material on a cookie sheet or pizza pan. “The Final Step” any honest regular diamond miner will tell you this.
