Buying or renovating a home is a huge investment. Over the years, I’ve seen a lot of shoddy work that makes me shake my head. This is why I’ve been partnering with awesome builders who understand the value of making it right. It’s the philosophy behind my Holmes Approved Homes program.

That’s why I’m excited to welcome Guildcrest Homes. They've been building high quality, energy-efficient modular homes since 1991 at their factory in Morewood, Ontario. With three company sales centres in eastern Ontario and a large and growing network of more than 20 Authorized Builders, they're able to offer their homes across the province. They're also active in several residential development projects and “Adult Lifestyle” communities and have developed a strong relationship with many of Ontario’s First Nations communities.
