1 cup milk (250 ml)
1/2 cup sparkling water (120 ml)
2 eggs
1 tbsp oil
pinch of salt
1 tsp sugar

Sweet cheese filling:
250 g farmers cheese
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp sugar
