Soup with sea kelp (laminaria) and mushrooms is delicious and very useful first dish with seaweed "Laminaria" for vegetarians.

Ingredients:

- Potatoes - 300g
- Water - 3l
- Wheat groats - 3 tbsp. (75g)
- Onion - 2 pcs.
- Carrot - 1 pc.
- Kelp (laminaria) - 300g
- Mushrooms (champignons) - 250g
- Vegetable oil - 2-3 tablespoons.
- Salt - 1 tbsp. (to taste)
- Black pepper powder - 1/3 tsp. (to taste)
- Parsley - 3-4 sprigs
Cooking:
Peel the potatoes and cut them. Boil the water, put the potatoes, add the wheat groats. Cook for about 20 minutes on a medium flame.
At this time: Peel and chop the onions, peel and grate the carrot. Cut the kelp and mushrooms. Pour vegetable oil and put the onion on a preheated frying pan.
Fry until golden brown. Add the mushrooms. Fry until the water evaporates and the mushrooms are slightly fried. Add the carrot and lightly fry.
Add kelp, mix well, cover with a lid, stew for 5 minutes. Put the vegetables in the pan. Add salt, pepper and parsley. Mix, switch off the flame.
Soup with sea kelp (laminaria) and mushrooms is ready.
