Can exercise and stretching help joint instability? When is Prolotherapy needed? FAQs about exercise

Drs. Hauser and Hutcheson discuss one of the topics that we are asked about every day: the role of exercise in helping to heal chronic joint pain conditions. Many people want to know if exercise alone can help joint instability; the need for Prolotherapy vs. Physical Therapy; and will they ever be able to exercise again like they used to.
