On board a Metropolitan Ave. bound R42 M train from Myrtle-Wyckoff Ave. to Metropolitan Ave.

Here is a ride on the M shuttle operating with R42 to Metropolitan Ave.-Middle Village. The reason why it's a RARE occasion is because on April 27, 2018, it will mark the last day for R42s running on the M after a long construction of the Myrtle viaduct elevation being rebuilt. It started running on September 2, 2017 to build up on service, and now today, it will be returning back to the J for the rest of its service run.
