How do you get buyers to sign a Buyer Representation Agreement and commit to work exclusively with you?
Have a positive attitude working with buyers. Be excited about what they’re excited about. Shift your thinking and focus on what they want (to buy a house for the best terms) and not what you want (which is getting them to sign a buyer agreement).
Do a face-to-face Buyer Consultation to prequalify them and identify their motivation. Go over the process, identify their goals, and start looking at houses on the MLS with them.
Have a conversation to get them to sign a Buyers Agreement (the exact script is at the 6:47 mark). Make it clear to them that you’re committed to helping them, and all that you ask is that they give you the same level of commitment.
