First Time Dealing With Altitude Sickness (4900 Meters!) Cotopaxi National Park Ecuador

Cotopaxi is Ecuador's second highest active volcano and the world's third highest active volcano. We visited Cotopaxi National Park from the small city of Machachi in North Ecuador. We first drove up to around 4.500m in altitude with a 4-Wheel-Drive and then climbed over 300m until we reached the refugio at 4.864m. Never been higher before!
