Bondi Harvest THE POP UP Margaret River PART 1

Hey Guys,
We were so lucky to be asked to take part in the 2014 Gourmet Escape in Margaret River Western Australia.
For a lot of you Margaret River might only be a name you associate with world class surf. But Margaret River is an insanely good food and wine region producing some of Australia's (and the world's) best produce.

We travelled to Margaret River to put on a Pop Up dinner at the epic White Elephant Café right on the sand of Gnarabup Beach.

Sourcing produce only from the Margaret River region and put a Five course degustation for 20 paying guests. And we filmed it! So I hope you enjoy!
