The clients have no intentions to buy a house in near future, but that doesn't restrict them from doing up their rented home as per their taste. in this video you will see how with minimal investment, rather smart investment you can turn a rental home to a home of your dreams.

while doing a rental makeover of a home, somethings are to be kept in mind. Its not how many elements you put in the space. Its more about, how smartly the limited elements are used for creating a balance and harmony in the space. its also about how you do interior styling.

Turnaround the room by giving a pop up color to your boring age old wooden furnitures. Gray is one such neutral color which compliments an array of colors including the sea green and golden yellow used here. Accessorizing rightly brings out the best in any space be it a rental space. Furnishing adds the much desired warmth and adds to the charm of any space.

here are some key elements in this Rental makeover of an apartment in Mumbai
1. A round breakfast table is a good choice for small spaces as it doesn't obstruct the movement and gives a cleaner look in the space as against a square or rectangle table.
2. The existing tiles on the wall were making the look restricted. We decided to paint them in a darker color than wall. It gave a perfect contrast with the golden yellow sofa which was the very first selection in the space.
3. To compliment the plain textures of sofa, wall, door and tiles, we added floral pattern in blind and wooden flooring to create a perfectly harmonious and balanced look.
4. Adding a hint of color to the existing sad looking kitchen can make it a happy place to be in
