Manila Bay Rehabilitation Dredging
A fantastic continuation of the Manila Bay Rehabilitation.

The MMDA continued their cleaning of Baseco beach, joined by some Philippine Coast Guard, DENR and Barangay 649 Officials.
The MMDA also did inspections of informal settler sites around Manila Bay and sent up a drone to capture footage as part of their long-term monitoring plans.
You'll see the DPWH dredging activities have continued along Baywalk, but their new machine isn't in operation yet.
There were 80-100 volunteers collecting trash in front of the Intramuros Golf Club. They were from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
I was told a fence might be installed along Baseco beach, splitting it down the middle. This is being considered because many visitors keep leaving their trash, firepits and other messes right next to the water when they leave.
Everyone would be able pass the fence and access the water, but they won't be allowed to carry items through. Any cooking, picnics, tents and such like would have to be done before the fence and this would be managed by the Barangay.
