Women Safety and Surveillance System using YoLov8

In this video, we showcase a Women Safety and Surveillance System powered by YOLOv8 (You Only Look Once v8) for real-time monitoring and incident detection. The aim is to support faster response in unsafe situations by using AI-based vision to detect people and suspicious activities from CCTV / mobile / surveillance cameras.

🛡️ YOLOv8 object detection for real-time person detection and tracking
🛡️ Detection of scenarios such as crowd formation, close-proximity risk, night-time presence, restricted-area entry (configurable)
🛡️ Alert system: buzzer/notification/email/SMS integration (based on setup)
🛡️ Live camera feed + recorded footage analysis
🛡️ Basic dashboard/logs for event reporting and evidence
