I was going through some stuff & found this in my closet. I picked it up for $5 bucks awhile ago, lubricated & serviced it etc. I was going to make a video of it but I noticed the Idler had finally got a notch in it, So I added a little piece to the beginning showing how to use a rubber belt to replace it. Just cut a rubber belt of same thickness to the length you need and be sure the ends meet without a gap. Or if you have a belt that fits perfectly then you don't need to cut it. The belt I had was too long but correct thickness.
