Banana Bread ( I don’t know of a substitute for BANANA’S in banana bread …sorry )
Preset oven 350 40 minutes
1 1/2 cup of Oatmeal (grind up to create flour …I guess you could just buy oat flour )
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup protein powder ( I use Banana Foster Clean Simple eats ) I have also used this for baking https://amzn.to/3TR3KF6 vegan version https://amzn.to/4aqfDZt
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Ceylon Cinnamon ( use Anthony’s sold out ) https://amzn.to/3J7J5aDI also use this one
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1/3 to 1/2 cup of Lily’s semi sweet SF chocolate chips https://amzn.to/4aMdasq
Original recipe thesamplan

Wet ingredients in bowl- mix well
Dry ingredients whisked together in a bowl ( I blend them in with the Ninja Blender )
Add chocolate chips
Fold wet ingredients to incorporate…then blend well!
BAKE 40 minutes in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper
8 pieces sliced 149 calories , 11 grams protein, 1.5 grams of fat, 24 grams of carbs

Open dates remove pit
Lay in brownie pan ….flatten them by pressing a glass over them or like I did with a meat pounder ( put parchment paper over before pounding )
Layer peanut butter over dates
Melt chocolate with coconut oil in microwave about 40 seconds
Layer over peanut butter/dates
Sprinkle with flaked salt ( optional )
Place in freezer for a few hours before cutting into 1 inch squares
About 65 calories

CREAMI ( The Banana was delicious ) MUST GO IN THE FREEZER
240 ml of milk of choice 9 I use cow and coconut milk here
110 grams of cottage cheese ( low fat or fat free )
1/2 serving of coconut protein powder https://amzn.to/3xnz9Hz
10 grams of SF banana INSTANT pudding https://amzn.to/3PWQDRt
15 grams of full fat cream cheese ( you can also use 1/3 fat )
40 grams of banana chopped

Blend well…put in creami container FREEZE for 24 hours ( at least 8 hours )
Blend in Creami….I use LITE one time and then add 2 tablespoons of the coconut milk , put back on creami for 2 re-spin cycles
Remove, add a few grams of flaked unsweetened coconut , 2 squares of HU chocolate ( much cheaper at TARGET )…whatever fits within your calories and macros..
