First Climb After Lockdown 🧗🏽‍♀️Trying Hard on my New Project 💪🏽

Hello everyone! At the moment this film was made in Catalunya, regulations began lifting and we were allowed to climb with housemates as long as we could walk there. This was the first area we explored after lockdown, just a few miles away: Xapat in Fígols, Catalunya, Spain.

A note: while Spain/ other European countries are rolling back isolation laws (travel + climbing = okay), this is not the case everywhere! Some places, notably America, require face masks while climbing and other protocols, and maybe aren't yet allowing climbers to go out and about. It's important that you respect your country's current status with regards to COVID and act responsibly.

Another important note: As well as a global pandemic, we are currently in the midst of a global human rights movement, and as a predominantly yt (...cishet, etc) community we need to take responsibility for our part in it (and yes, that also includes me as a Queer POC). Climbing is a huge part of my life right now, including in parts a source of income for me, so while I continue to climb, I also continue to educate, inform, and listen.
