Autism: Is it anxiety or misbehaviour?

Is it anxiety… or is it “just” misbehavior?

When your child refuses to leave the house, melts down over the tiniest change, or acts out for what seems like no reason—it's easy to assume they’re being difficult. But often, what looks like misbehavior is actually anxiety in disguise.

In this video, I’m talking about:

How anxiety shows up differently in autistic children
Why it often looks like control, avoidance, or defiance
How to shift from frustration to support
Anxiety doesn't always look like worry.
Sometimes it looks like a child doing everything they can to feel safe.

📌 If this resonates, don’t forget to like, comment, and share—let’s spread some compassion for the kids whose anxiety gets misunderstood as misbehavior.
