In this episode of Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus II, Phekon joins Nefershah and the Royal Guard on the critical mission Provocation, ordered by Nemesor Hekemhib to force the Adeptus Mechanicus into battle. After studying enemy communications and identifying a vulnerable strongpoint, we push directly into fortified positions, breach a bunker, and attempt to create enough chaos to draw the enemy into the open.

As the operation escalates, enemy reinforcements arrive and the battlefield becomes increasingly unpredictable. Deathmarks play a major role in the fighting while Phekon is forced into dangerous situations against waves of Skitarii, Rangers, Vanguards, and Servitors. What begins as a simple provocation gradually turns into a wider struggle to maintain momentum while surviving the enemy's growing response.
