ITS SUMMER! So all I want to do is be outside! I love being creative and taking my workotus outside! Here are two different workouts I combined into this video! Workout is listed below!
Workout 1:
Circuit 1: 3 times!
12 Push-up to half burpee
15 Side lunges knee to elbow (each leg)
15 Forward & backward jump squats
Circuit 2: 3 times!
10 Around the world v-sit ups
20 Shoulder taps
10 jump lunge, jump squat, jump lunge (that's 1 rep)
Workout 2:
Circuit 1: 4 times through
💥Sprints: down & back
💥15 jump squats
💥20 Mountain climbers
Circuit 2 (Bench workout- 4 rounds!!)
💥12 Bench Pistol Squats (each leg)
💥20 Alternating Bench Step Ups
💥15 Tricep Dips
Complete all 3 movements without resting!!
